Please note all applicants have 30 days (including weekends) from the time the application is started to submit the completed application.
If an application is not submitted by its 30th day, it will be locked and considered “Withdrawn”.

All applicants may re-apply.

If you are reapplying, the application fee will be waived if it was paid within the past year with the “Withdrawn” application.

It is highly recommended that the documents be gathered first prior to registering and completing the application.
